I have been eyeing wire-wrapped rings on Etsy like this one from Doghaus Jewelry for a while now. And since they’re all handmade and adjustable, I figured I could find one that would suit and fit me well.

Low and behold last week at work, one of my old students who is now in middle school came by my room (just like she does everyday just to chat and because her brother is now in my class) to show me some cute little mice figurines she had made out of silver wire. The next day, she was donning some adorable rings made out of the same wire and she gave me one. Seriously, how cute is this! I’m still going to buy one from DogHaus though because I love that they are made from various recycled newspaper bead and non-tarnish silver wire.
